Build working relationships with new clients, meet with existing clients and learn more about Beta Theta Pi Fraternity as an attendee at the 2010 General Convention in Arlington, VA. More than 800 undergraduates, alumni, volunteers and guests will be in attendance. Please let us know if you are interested in exhibiting or serving as a sponsor for this 171st annual Beta gathering.

Organizations or individuals wishing to exhibit at the 2010 Convention must be licensed vendors of the Fraternity or an interfraternal partner. Any individual representing your company or organization during the General Convention will be required to register via phone at 513-523-7591. The cost to exhibit and attend the General Convention is $695 and includes:

• two tables and two chairs for your display
• the four main banquet meals (welcoming, awards, celebration, farewell)
• recognition on the Fraternity website
• listing in the convention program book for all attendees
• large digital advertisement displayed onscreen at three Convention banquets.

Each additional representative from your organization may register for $195 per person, which includes the four main banquet meals and registration materials. Hotel room is not included, but may be reserved at the group rate.
