Leadership College

The Peter F. Greiner Leadership College provides leadership and personal development training and education for undergraduate members of Beta Theta Pi. Conducted during the Fraternity's General Convention, the Leadership College curriculum aims to provide participants with time-tested concepts and skills that can be put to use in college and beyond.  239 collegians graduated from The Leadership College in 2009.

As a result of gifts from loyal friends and family members, this program is named in memory of Peter F. Greiner, Minnesota '51, former General Fraternity president, vice president and district chief.

In 2010, The Leadership College will consist of three distinct experiences - called "tracks" - to best accommodate the interests and learning needs of undergraduate participants.

  • The recruitment track will offer cutting-edge recruitment training for all undergraduates interested in taking their member recruitment processes to new heights.
  • The leadership track will provide emerging and advanced leaders the opportunity to further develop skills necessary to be effective in their formal and situational leadership roles.
  • The ritual track will allow for deeper dialogue and reflection regarding the Fraternity's core principles and how to bring them to the forefront of one's daily life
