Leadership College

The Peter F. Greiner Leadership College provides leadership and personal development training and education for undergraduate members of Beta Theta Pi. Conducted during the Fraternity's General Convention, the Leadership College curriculum aims to provide participants with time-tested concepts and skills that can be put to use in college and beyond. 198 collegians graduated from Leadership College in 2012.

As a result of gifts from loyal friends and family members, this program is named in memory of Peter F. Greiner, Minnesota '51, former General Fraternity president, vice president and district chief.

The Leadership College will kick off once again with a newly formed partnership, Ignite Beta Theta Pi, an O’Reilly Media Production. Ignite is an opportunity for undergraduates and alumni to share different parts of our core values in under five minutes each. Participants will then be able to choose freely among an array of sessions and topic areas that relate to Beta’s core values during specific time blocks throughout the Convention! A closing session will provide an opportunity for participants to untie together once more as a large body before the convention concludes. The different sessions of Leadership College will be facilitated by top notch alumni and Friends of Beta.
