The Beta Theta Pi Foundation is lead by some of the most talented and committed volunteers and staff in the Fraternal world. The Foundation’s leadership is charged with securing and managing the financial resources that will provide for the leadership training of Beta Theta Pi’s 6,500 undergraduates and 1,000 volunteers. Various cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies are developed and executed annually. The goal of the Foundation’s leadership is to advance the Fraternity’s mission of building men of principle for a principled life.

Foundation Staff

The five-person Foundation staff is located at the Foundation and Administrative Office in Oxford, Ohio. Every year Foundation staff members develop and execute cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies for alumni, undergraduates and Friends of Beta across North America.
