To be successful, every organization needs a management structure to achieve order and efficiency. Chapters function with an executive committee and a cabinet while placing decision-making in the regular chapter meeting. The Executive Committee, chaired by the vice president, includes the top officers of the chapter. Some chapters also establish a Cabinet, which provides chapter programming. The Kai Committee, consisting of chapter members from each class, facilitates brotherhood and deals with internal discipline.
