With email and the internet, Greek communicators are embracing the digital revolution as a complement to the written word. With many constituents, Beta chapters have an obligation to address the needs of each constituency as well as the needs of chapter members.

Many chapters issue newsletters, brochures, chapter histories and more to document the history, operation and proceedings of the organization. Neglecting the need to communicate can result in negative relationships between members and constituencies.
