Cornerstone Housing Program

Beta Theta Pi promotes chapter housing that is safe, attractive and creates an environment that supports academic success and the Men of Principle Initiative. To that end, the Cornerstone Housing Program provides property insurance, education, support and joint purchasing power to Beta’s house corporations, alumni associations and local volunteers.

Cornerstone’s signature event is the Housing Summit, held each summer in conjunction with the General Convention. Expert speakers and Beta volunteers present two days of workshops on insurance, risk management, nonprofit and tax law and property management. The Housing Summit is open to all local house corporation volunteers; registration is free if you are part of the Cornerstone program.
